1. Purchases & Payments

All purchases on Airmartz are facilitated through our third-party payment processor, Gumroad, Inc. Airmartz does not process, store, or have access to your payment or credit card information. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by Gumroad's terms of service.

2. Refund Policy: All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital, irrevocable nature of our products, we have a strict NO REFUND policy.

All sales are final. Once a digital product (such as an AE Script or Coloring Page) has been purchased and the download link has been made available, we cannot issue a refund.

Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a product, please contact us before making a purchase.

3. Intellectual Property & License

All digital products sold on Airmartz are the intellectual property of Airmartz.

When you purchase a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial purposes.

This license DOES NOT grant you the right to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original product files, even for free.
• Modify the product and sell it as your own.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided "as is" without any warranty. In no event shall Airmartz be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
